The Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED) is a government advisory agency established by Law No. (9) of 2006 to provide a platform for government and private sectors to work together to achieve sustainable economic growth and diversification in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Sharaka

Owned by the Abu Dhabi Government, and overseen by Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development (ADCED), the Sharaka initiative was launched in July 2018 as part of Ghadan 21 programme to support the private sector’s development and enhance the ease of doing business in Abu Dhabi.
